Senior Aesthetic Therapist / Aesthetic Nurse (Full Time)

South William Clinic & Spa is Dublin City Centre’s new high-end medical spa offering the very latest in cutting-edge aesthetic treatments, the very latest technology in laser and skincare, and the very best products available to deliver excellent results for our clients. We are currently seeking an exceptional and experienced laser and skincare Aesthetician or Aesthetic Nurse to join our ambitious and friendly clinic team. Applicants should have a minimum of 4 years post qualification experience.

The ideal candidate would be a highly motivated self-starter capable of delivering a high standard of professional care to our clients across our vast range or treatment options, as well as confidently delivering skin assessments, laser and skin consultations. Although full and ongoing training will be provided on the equipment we use, we are particularly interested in hearing from candidates with previous experience in lasers, radiofrequency, ultrasound, micro-needling, advanced skincare and skin peels. Training and development is important to us and all staff are given ample opportunities to continue developing their skills and advance within the business.

As a Skincare Centre of Excellence, it is our goal is to provide each client with a customised treatment and homecare plan to include nutrition, skincare and mineral makeup.  We work with some of the leading skincare brands including SkinCeuticals, Environ, ZO Skin Health, Jane Iredale and Advanced Nutrition Programme. We offer an attractive basic salary and excellent on target earnings with a commission on both products and services sold. We also offer various incentive programs internally, and with the skincare brands that we work with. 

As a senior Aesthetician, you will be expected to demonstrate your ability to develop and retain a clientele by providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional attitude at all times. You will work closely with Management to ensure the clinic is meeting brand standards. There will be a strong focus on profitability and efficiency of the team while maintaining an exceptional quality of service and care.

Requirements

  • ITEC/CIBTAC & CIDESCO qualification (appropriate level for laser and advance skincare)

  • Core knowledge of laser and experience in treating clients with medical grade lasers.

  • Experience in advanced skincare and peels, laser hair removal, radio frequency, galvanic therapy, hydrafacial, micro-needling, microdermabrasion, body treatments, L.E.D. phototherapy and similar treatments.

  • Experience in analysing skin and providing thorough skin and laser consultations.

  • Experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets. Selling products and treatment plans, up-selling and cross-selling.

  • Experience in a busy clinic or medispa type environment providing the utmost professional care to clients.

Spa & Beauty Therapists (Full Time)

We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Spa and Beauty Therapist to join our ambitious and friendly spa and beauty team. Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience. The ideal candidate would be an experienced professional who is capable of delivering a high standard of customer service and professional care across our vast range of spa and beauty treatments including facials, massage, spa packages, body treatments, waxing, manicures, pedicures, lashes, brows and spray tan. The right candidate will also be knowledgeable in skincare and have the ability to perform skin consultations and provide skincare advice, treatment and homecare recommendations.

Clinic & Spa Coordinator (Full Time)

We are currently seeking an experienced Clinic & Spa Coordinator to join our ambitious and friendly team. This is an exciting opportunity to be the face of the business and assist with managing a team of professional Therapists. Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar type role, preferably in the same industry.

The Clinic & Spa Coordinator plays a vital role in the day to day management of the business and will work closely with the Management team. Responsibilities include managing front of house and reception, managing all customer service channels such as phone, email, live chat and through social media, managing staff columns, driving staff performance and sales initiatives, performing staff appraisals with Management, managing and enforcing clinic and spa protocols and procedures. Prior experience in these areas would be ideal.

Primary Duties

  • Following-up with regular clients and proactively reach out to top clients regarding promotions, events and other activities.

  • Co-ordinate the daily running of the clinic and spa managing bookings, answering and responding to calls and voicemails.

  • Manage client files and ensure all necessary documentation is signed and stored.

  • Drive sales initiatives, assist staff with closing sales, cross-selling and up-selling offering client treatment plans and incentives to create loyalty and repeat business.

  • Manage and promote loyalty schemes and initiatives, as well as monthly special offers.

  • Manage stock process and orders, filing invoices, orders and statements and assisting accounts team where necessary.

  • Perform regular stock takes.

  • Assist with managing clinic and spa events and activities, providing marketing and other support.

  • Ensure front of house is always at a 5-star level and relevant merchandising and promotional items are in place.

  • Manage online orders and ensure items are left out for delivery each day.

  • Provide regular feedback to Management on staff performance, sales and provide monthly business reports.

  • Proactively interact with Management on improvements for the business and suggest new ideas and initiatives to drive sales and quality.

 

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years experience in a similar Coordinator/Receptionist type role.

  • Some experience in the beauty industry and with skincare brands preferable.

  • Computer efficient and experience with salon management systems such as Phorest.

  • Some experience in people management, delivering staff appraisals and performance reviews.

  • Sales experience in a retail or spa and beauty environment.

  • Customer service experience.
