Booking Policy

All bookings at South William Clinic & Spa, including online bookings, are subject to availability during listed opening hours. Management reserve the right to cancel or change bookings on occasion. Gift voucher bookings are also subject to availability and are non-refundable.

A deposit of 25% (Monday-Thursday) and 50% (Friday-Sunday) must be paid in advance, for any treatments booked. For online bookings, clients will be called to make deposit payment ahead of the appointment date. 

For promotional offers and online offers paid over the phone or online, full payment is required and is non-refundable. 

A 50% payment is required for group bookings, along with a fixed booking fee. Group booking deposit and booking fee are non-refundable if appointments are cancelled. 

For Groupon and other partner sites, voucher details including voucher code and security/redemption code must be provided when booking. Appointments can only be held for 24 hours without this information and will automatically be released after this timeframe. 

Cancellation Policy 

With all booking cancellations, South William Clinic & Spa must be notified 48 hours in advance of the booking date and time. Any payments made for treatments in advance, including deposit payments, are strictly non-refundable and only credits are offered where bookings are cancelled within the allowed timeframe. Unfortunately, we cannot take any personal circumstances into account, we have one policy for all clients and will not make any exceptions on this. 

Group booking deposit and booking fee are non-refundable if appointments are cancelled. Promotional and discounted packages are strictly non-refundable. However, a credit can be applied on client's account for future appointments, if cancelled up to 48 hours ahead of the date booked. Credit can only be used for services and not for products. 

For Groupon vouchers and other similar partner vouchers, there is a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. South William Clinic & Spa are not obliged to offer an alternative appointment if you miss your appointment using a voucher.

For clients who have a course of treatments, if we are not notified at least 48 hours in advance of cancellation, course session will be automatically deducted from your course balance.
