Rewards only valid for in-clinic purchases. You must sign up as a Gold Circle member to enroll. Our Front of House Team will inform you when you have a reward to redeem.

Firstly, you must sign up as a Gold Circle member to enroll. Ensure we have your correct birth date registered. You can do this by contacting our team by emailing loyalty@southwilliamclinic.com or call (01)5379222. If you don't automatically receive a Birthday Reward email or sms, please contact our team. However, please note that you will only receive this if you are enrolled and have fully registered all your contact details with us.

Once you sign up as a Gold Circle member you will be on our mailing list and will receive invites to exclusive member only events at our various clinic locations, as well as exclusive invites for South William Clinic VIP events.

Once you sign up as a Gold Circle member you are eligible to receive two referral credits;

(i) Online Referral Credit Refer friends to our online store on our Skin Club Rewards page HERE and receive 200 points for each valid referral.

(ii) In-Clinic Referral Credit Refer a friend for a treatment in-clinic and earn €20 for each successful referral. To avail of the credit, your friend must mention that they were referred by you when booking. Once your friend has paid for a treatment valued at €100 or more, you will both receive a €20 treatment credit on your account to use towards future treatments.

Once you sign up as a Gold Circle member you are eligible to earn online review credits. You can earn €10 treatment credit for every eligible online platform review including; Google Reviews, Trustpilot, Facebook, TripAdvisor and Yelp. If you wish to leave a review on another site not listed, simply email our team. Only one credit can be issued per platform, multiple reviews on the same platform are not eligible. In order to avail of the credit please email a screenshot of your review to loyalty@southwilliamclinic.com, and a treatment credit will be applied to your account once validated by our team.

At this time Online Skin Club Rewards are only valid for online purchases. Furthermore, points can only be earned on online purchases and not at our clinics. Our In-Clinic Loyalty Treats are separate and are valid for purchases in-clinic only. The best way to understand is that the Online Skin Club Rewards are for online only, and the In-Clinic Loyalty Treats are for in-clinic only.
