Prestige Membership Terms & Conditions

Membership is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
Minimum sign-up period of 6 months.
Membership is available for 6 month and 12 month terms.
A 10% discount applies to annual membership paid in-full on sign-up date or if paid online.
One month deposit and one month payment due on sign-up date for pay monthly package.
Deposit is refunded at end of membership term if terms and conditions are not violated.
Cancellation of membership must be made in writing one month in advance of termination.
Deposit is non-refundable if one month's cancellation notice is not given.
Deposit is non-refundable if membership is terminated less than minimum membership term of 6 months.
Monthly payment to be paid by first day of each month or treatments cannot be booked.
Certain treatment combination restrictions apply and Therapist has the right to refuse treatment.
In order to avail of promotions, events and exclusive discounts, membership must be valid.
We reserve the right to change, withdraw or enhance membership without prior notice.
Patch test required for all hair removal treatments, tints & HD Brows.
Gold membership package includes visit for a friend during one visit and for one treatment annually.
